Nashua NH Child Photographer | A Pizza-Themed Portrait Session That Was Too Cute to Handle 🍕

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you combine a Nashua NH Child Photographer, an 8-year-old, a love of pizza, and a camera… this is it. And honestly? It might be one of my favorite sessions with this girl!

This girl was the picture of cool and she showed up ready to EAT! That is a real geniune smile caught there when she was given the ok to take that first bite. We leaned all the way into the pizza theme with playful props, big laughs, and just the right amount of cheesy goodness (pun absolutely intended). As a Nashua NH child photographer, these are the moments I love most. The ones where kids’ personality is on full display.

And let’s be honest… turning 8 is kind of a big deal. It’s that perfect in-between age where they’re still little, but their personality is really starting to shine. A themed session like this is such a fun way to capture that stage before it changes again (because it always does way too fast).

If your child has a favorite thing, whether it’s pizza, princesses, sports, or something totally random, I’m all in. Thinking about booking your own themed session? Let’s make it happen.

Harry Potter Fantasy Photo session – Nashua NH Child Photography

This Harry Potter–inspired child photography session in Southern NH was full of magic. The stone walls and grand details made the perfect backdrop. Flowing robes and wand brought the theme to life. Every image captured a sense of magic and adventure.

To add even more magic, I included light photoshopped effects. Some images feature glowing spells and moody magical light. Others include fun floating details. These small touches made the session feel even more enchanting. The result is a mix of real moments and creative magic that feels truly special.

Fairy Princess Themed Birthday at my Nashua NH Child Photography Studio

This fairy session photographed in my Nashua NH photography studio was full of soft, whimsical details. The studio setting created a calm and dreamy space. Flowing dresses, delicate wings, and gentle lighting brought the look together. Each pose felt light and natural. We focused on simple moments and sweet expressions. The result is a set of images that feel whimsical, peaceful, and full of imagination.

Child Photography- Nashua NH Personality Mugshots

Each little expression tells a story—and this recent Nashua, NH child photography session was full of them. From playful grins to thoughtful gazes. These personality mugshots capture the wonderfully unique spirit of childhood in its most genuine form. Whether it’s a burst of laughter, a moment of curiosity, or that unmistakable spark of mischief. Every image reflects who they are right now—perfectly unfiltered and full of life. These are the moments parents treasure most. Real smiles, the silly faces, and the quiet in-between expressions that make their child, unmistakably, them.

5 Year Old Prince – 90s Theme – Child Photographer Nashua NH

This Fresh Prince–inspired session photographed by this Nashua NH child photographer was full of bold color and fun energy. Bright patterns and throwback outfits brought the 90s vibe to life. The set had a playful, street-style feel with lots of personality. Every pose showed confidence, style, and a little attitude. We kept the mood light and upbeat from start to finish. The result is a collection of photos that feel vibrant, nostalgic, and full of character.

Two Years Old – Sesame Street Theme Shoot – Child Photography Nashua

This family session was the perfect way to celebrate a special 2nd birthday. We started in the studio in Nashua NH with a fun Sesame Street theme. Bright colors and playful details brought big smiles and lots of energy. The birthday girl loved being the center of attention. After that, we headed to Benson Park for some outdoor family photos. The natural setting gave us a relaxed and beautiful backdrop. Together, the images tell a story of joy, love, and this sweet milestone. I am so happy that this family trusted me to be their Nashua NH child photographer. Sessions like these are why I have the best job in the world

Baby Girl – 9 months old – Milestone session

Baby Boy – 6 months old – Sitter Session

Four and Six Year Old Session

Barbie Theme

Bookworm Theme – Girls

Super Hero Theme – Boy

Glitter Session – Girl

Baby Girl – Sitter Session

As a Nashua NH Child Photographer I live for sitter sessions. This little girl was just delightful. She took a little time to figure out if she like me or not but I think I won her over in the end. The beautiful blanket that she is wrapped in was the one her Mama was wrapped in when she came home from the hospital. Oh, the sweetness!

Little Boy – 2nd Birthday Construction Theme & 4th Birthday Pirate Theme

I love that this family does yearly birthday sessions with each of their kiddos. As a child photographer I may be a bit biased but what a great way to tell a story about who your kids were as they grew up. Mom and Dad let the littles choose a theme that represents them at each stage. This year’s themes were Construction site trucks for little boy B and Pirate princess for his big sister. How cute are they?!?!

Summer Session – Lemonade Stand & Watermelon

This session was rained out more times than I can count. Luckily we were rewarded for our patience with the hottest day day of the year!!! Mom couldn’t have chosen a better pair of themes for this incredible hot day, I just felt bad for the people who were really looking to buy some ice cold lemonade from our fake stand.

Twin Mom with Bright Ideas – Nashua Nh Child Photographer

Twins, man! I am telling ya… never have I been able to experience such a wide array of emotions in one day. On this particular day, things started out pretty good. Whenever Maggie wakes up not grumpy I have hope for the day. I am pretty sure that is how they tricked me into agreeing to a Toy Story 4 viewing. They were definitely supposed to be cleaning their room which somehow went from clean to mess in 10 seconds flat. Also, who could resist the promise of a double snuggle when it is a cold, dreary day?!

When you are a child photographer and the day starts out this good seemingly bright ideas start to pop into my head. Things like “mmm, I could go for some warm apple cider donuts.” Then, “hmm, the overcast weather actually would make for good lighting.” Finally, “oooooh, the sunflowers at the farm are still in bloom.”

Now, I should know that succumbing to “bright” unplanned ideas means things are quickly about to turn to sh*t. This is mainly because unplanned excursions and 4 year old twins are a bad mix. Unfortunately, I have not learned this lesson and instead set to work on putting together outfits. Two hours later, we had several outfit changes. It felt like 100 hours passed while looking for boots. Finally, we were off on our way. Still, things were looking up. The weather was holding out. I was pleased with the outfits I chose. I found the boots. My ladder is packed in the car.

One very long 10 minute car fight later and we arrived at out local farm to an empty parking lot. “That seems odd,” I think to myself but oh well the more sunflowers for us! Well, it turns out that was odd. I would have discovered that the farm stand was indeed open if I had checked the farm website or Facebook page. However, there was no entrance into the sunflowers, pumpkins, or apple fields for the day. Cue whining!

Luckily the end to almost all protests is a trip to the “bear park.” Unluckily, the end to almost any trip to the bear park is filled with lots of fighting. Fighting about how many more last things we get to do, fighting about who can get their seat belts buckled first, fighting about why it’s not nice to gloat about being the first to the first to buckle your seat belt, and fighting about “Yes, I know that is your water bottle but for the love of god can you please just share it with your sister since it is all the water we have left!” Here are some of the moments that make it seem like it was a great day!
