I recommend scheduling your maternity photographer session during the third trimester. This usually occurs between 30 and 36 weeks of pregnancy. During this stage, many mothers have a beautifully defined baby bump but still feel comfortable enough to enjoy the session. However, every pregnancy is different, and each woman’s body changes at its own pace.
For that reason, I always encourage you to choose a time that feels right for you. If you feel that your baby might arrive early, trust your instincts. Schedule your session a little sooner. On the other hand, your baby bump might show later in pregnancy. In that case, waiting a bit longer may be the better choice. Ultimately, you know your body best. My goal is to make your maternity photography session relaxed, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.
