Welcome to the wild and wonderful world of newborn photography! As a professional baby wrangler (aka newborn photographer), my mission is simple. I capture your baby’s adorableness during your newborn photo session. I freeze those fleeting moments of pure joy. Then turn them into memories that will make you laugh, cry and swoon. You may even want to print them on a mug. You know, those are the photos you’ll show off to everyone who visits your house. This includes that one friend who doesn’t understand the magic of baby yawns.

Why Newborn Photography? Because They’re Only Tiny Once!

Let’s face it: babies grow way too fast. One minute they’re a helpless little bundle, the next they’re crawling, walking, and trying to eat the cat. Newborn photography gives you the chance to document those precious early days. Your baby can’t roll over yet, but they can give you that “I’m adorable, deal with it” look. You’ll want these photos to look back on. Trust me, you’ll need them when they’re in their teenage years. When they roll their eyes at you at the mere mention of a photo.

When to Schedule Your Baby’s Modeling Debut

Timing is everything! For a newborn photo session, the sweet spot is within the first 5-14 days. During this time, babies are extra sleepy. This means they’ll be more willing to curl up into those squishy, adorable poses you see all over Pinterest. If your little one is already a few weeks old, don’t panic. We’ll adapt to their stage and still capture those precious shots. There might be a few more giggles and a few less naps.

What to Expect During the Session: Chaos, Cuteness, and Cuddles

My goal is to make sure you keep your sanity. The session is all about relaxation and fun. You and your baby will be in a cozy, stress-free environment. And by the way, I handle everything. That includes the lighting, accessories and the props. Yes, I even manage the tricky business of getting your baby to sleep during a photo. (No magic wand involved, but I’m pretty good at this.)

We’ll start with the classic poses. Imagine curled-up, peaceful, and totally adorable scenes. Then we’ll sprinkle in a little personality. Want to bring your baby’s favorite stuffed animal? A cute hat? A superhero cape? I’m all in. (Seriously, I’ve had babies pose as mini-bakers, teachers, and even tiny astronauts. Let’s get creative!)

Safety First (But Fun Always)

I’m trained in the art of baby posing. This means I know how to hold your baby safely. Safety is my number one priority, followed closely by making sure your baby looks as cute as possible. I’ll never rush a session. If your baby decides they need a snack or bathroom break (or both), we’ll take a break. Babies are the boss here, not me.

What Happens After the Session? You’ll Be Blown Away

Once the shoot is over, I’ll get to work editing your photos. You’ll get to choose your favorite shots. I will give each image a polished, natural look that makes your baby glow. No filters are needed. I can even offer options for prints, albums, and wall art. These will make your home look like it’s straight out of a baby magazine.
